What is Squishy Cash?
Squishy Cash is a GPT platform that allows you to earn cash by taking online surveys, clicking ads, completing offers, shopping (cashback) and referring other people.
The platform is over 10 years old and is available worldwide.
Pros and Cons
- Free to join.
- Earn $3 as a signup bonus.
- There are many offers and surveys available for UK and US members.
- Available in all countries.
- The minimum payout is $15.
- Withdrawal is available via Paypal, Payza, and Amazon gift cards.
- There is a forum.
- Low-income potential.
- There is no time estimation to complete a survey.
How Does Squishy Cash Work?
The registration is completely free, and all you need to do is complete a short form with your basic details such as name, email, address, and date of birth.
You will get $3 just for joining, which is nice!
After you log in, you will see many different options to start earning. It’s overwhelming!
So, I recommend you start slowly by choosing whether you want to complete offers or surveys.
There are different types of offers you can choose from. You can either complete offers from Shishy Cash directly or through their third-party companies, known as Offer Walls.
If you choose an offer wall such as Offer Toro, you will find many trial offers as well as surveys and other ways to make money.
When using these platforms, you will earn “chips” that can be exchanged for cash (1 chip is $0.01) or used to win prizes from the Prizeshop or to play SquishySlots.
I don’t like to complete offers because of many factors. Here are the main ones:
- Lots of free offers will ask my contact details such as email and phone number. I have done many offers in the past to the point where I was getting phone calls every hour.
- Some offers require a deposit, which makes you spend more than you earn. See the online casino in the example above.
- I am afraid to forget canceling my offer before the trial is over and get charged for a service I don’t want.
- The pay is not that great for free offers.
Not to mention some Offer Walls like Trial Pay have a bad reputation and there is always a risk you won’t get credited.
Online surveys is one of the easiest ways to make money online, but you will usually earn less than $1 and up to 5 chips each.
Squishy Cash connects you with different survey panels and provides many survey opportunities on a daily basis. Depending on your country, you will find opportunities with SaySo Rewards, ZenSurveys, Samplicious, Your Surveys and more.
One thing I don’t like is they don’t show you how long it takes to take a survey. So, what if you had to spend 30 minutes to earn just $0.35? Would you still do that?
Another negative thing about surveys, in general, is that you have to answer pre-qualifying questions before you actually start the paid survey.
This process will make you waste a lot of time as you will probably get screened out many times.
Squishy Cash also gives you a cashback opportunity on products that you purchase through their platform. There are not as many options available as in sites that run 100% on cashback programs like Top Cashback, Quidco, and BeFrugal.
However, you can still find popular stores such as Microsoft and ebooks.com. It’s a great way to save some money!
Squishy Cash also gives you the opportunity to refer other people and earn referral commissions.
You will earn 25% of what your friends (direct referrals) make in cash and chips by completing offers. It’s also possible to get 5% of what your 2nd level referrals earn, 2% from your 3rd level, 1% from your 4th level, and 1% from your 5th level.
The downside of it is that you don’t earn commissions when referrals complete surveys. Only offers.
I refer people to another GPT platform called Prizerebel, which pays me 25% and doesn’t impose any limits on my earnings.
You can withdraw your money via Paypal, Payza and Amazon Gift cards. The minimum requirement is $15 regardless of the option you choose.
Payment will always be sent the next day before 11:59 pm EST, and you don’t pay any fees.
Final Thoughts – Is Squishy Cash a Scam?
I don’t like using GPT sites to make money online, but if you do, then Squishy Cash is a pretty decent option. It’s definitely not a scam! Another great option is Prizerebel, which I think gives way more opportunities.
How I Prefer to Make Money Online
I prefer to make money with affiliate marketing. It’s basically the process of writing blog posts, using social media, creating videos to help people in a specific niche and promote products as an affiliate.
I love affiliate marketing because it’s scalable, affordable, and gives you incredible freedom once you start earning a full-time income.
The downside is that it takes time, but the reward is so incredible that I decided to take the plunge and quit my master’s degree to pursue only this strategy.
I do this for over 2 years now, and I am very close reaching a full-time income.
In 2015 I discovered a great platform that gave me all the training, support and tools to make money with affiliate marketing. It’s still my No.1 recommendation to learn the ropes and start your affiliate business the right way.
