Welcome to my Lucky Plinko app review app!

I decided to install Lucky Plinko after watching an ad suggesting that players could win a lot of money.

real cash app

Google Play is jam-packed with games using the same formula to maximize profits.

The recipe always includes unrealistic advertising, virtual cash, PayPal logo, and minimum payout requirements.

Sadly, those who play such games with the expectation to earn money end up very frustrated!

In this review, I am going to show everything you need to know about Lucky Plinko and give you my honest opinion.

Does Lucky Plinko pay? Is it a scam or a legit application?

What is Lucky Plinko?

Lucky Plinko is an addictive “coin dropping” game that gives you the chance to earn money via PayPal and Amazon gift cards.

The app is operated by Shape Keeper Ltd, a Hong-Kong based company that specialized in games that cause more frustration than joy.

This popular scratchcard game is just one example. They also operate three other Plinko-style games: Lucky Plinko 2, Hyper Plinko, and Plinko Master.

With Lucky Plinko, you must drop the coins from the top of the board by tapping the screen. Coins will collide with the pegs until they fall into the slots at the bottom.

As with most “money” games on Google Play, Lucky Plinko won’t let you cash out until you reach the minimum payout threshold of $100.

Furthermore, only US and UK residents are eligible to receive cash rewards, which is unfair to users around the world.

Most people don’t read the Terms of Service and end up playing with no chance to win any prizes.

Now, isn’t it strange that a company based in Hong Kong only rewards people in those two countries?

Does Lucky Plinko Pay?

By playing Lucky Plinko, you agree with the Terms and Conditions, which says:

“Eligible persons have the opportunity to win virtual tokens and coins which can be used to, in Lucky Plinko’s sole discretion, exchange with other virtual digital goods.”

They also claim Tokens and Coins have no monetary value.

In other words, the company may reject payment requests if they don’t want to convert your virtual tokens to real money.

Users Get Stuck

After checking lots of reviews on Google Play, I noticed that most people get stuck between $90 and $98.

As they need $100 to cash out, they never get the chance to request the payment.

In the beginning, your cash balance will grow fast since green coins are abundant. But, as you get closer to the cashout limit, the slots machine will hardly ever match 3 green coins.

So, the more you play Lucky Plinko, the more you realize you are swimming against the tide.

Most people will give up because they don’t want to risk wasting more time. That’s the best decision!

Some persistent players reach $100 and cash out, but the company ignores their payment requests.

no payment

Don’t expect to gratitude for your effort and loyalty after watching hundreds of videos. There are no guarantees!

It’s a shame how they advertise and operate these games.

You would think that by getting lots of negative reviews, the company would back down.

Not really!

Lucky Plinko does not generate enough ad revenue to pay $100 to every single player. And, even if they did, paying users would probably never be on the priority list.

Is Lucky Plinko Legit?

Lots of players are calling Lucky Plinko a scam because they can never cash out.

However, if you read the game rules, will discover this is a sweepstakes app that doesn’t guarantee winnings.

Coins have no actual value, and besides, only the company can decide if they will pay you.

I believe this is the major reason Shape Keeper’s games are still available on Google Play despite lots of complaints.

Therefore, I don’t think I can call Lucky Plinko a scam, or else Google would have banned it.

The way these app developers advertise their games is very misleading. You may wonder why they can get on with it.

Well, they seem to bypass adverting regulations by targeting only foreigners playing other games. That may explain why only US and UK citizens are eligible players.

How Does Lucky Plinko Work?

Installation

Lucky Plinko is available for free on Google Playstore. After installing the game, you can play straight away with no need for registration.

How to Play?

You will start Lucky Plinko with 40 green coins.

Decide where the coins are supposed to fall and tap on the screen. They will collide with the pegs and fall into the slots at the bottom.

Watch the gameplay:

Yellow coins will give you tokens, whereas the green ones will give you virtual cash as soon as they hit the slots.

One green coin is worth $0.01, but depending on the slot they fall into, you can multiply your earnings by 2, 5, 10, 20, and even 100.

After you drop your first 40 coins, you will earn one yellow coin per minute even while the app is closed.

If you run out of coins (aka Energy) and you don’t want to wait, you can get an extra 40 coins by watching a commercial.

Another way to collect free energy is by completing offers from two Ad Networks called Tapjoy and iS.

There are lots of offers that require you to download a mobile game and reach specific milestones or make an in-app purchase. I don’t recommend spending your hard-earned money in return for Energy that has no actual value.

If you want to complete offers, focus on the free ones, and don’t forget to read the Terms of Service to avoid any unexpected charges. Most offers take 15 minutes to credit.

The Slots Machine

Every time you light up all the 9 bulbs at once, you will trigger the slots machine for a chance to win more coins and prizes.

According to Lucky Plinko, the odds of matching 3 identical symbols and winning rewards are the following:

  • 7: 5%
  • 50 green coins: 1%
  • 20 green coins: 2%
  • 100 yellow coins: 5%
  • 50 yellow coins: 18%
  • 25 yellow coins: 10%
  • Slots machine: 30%
  • $777: 0.0024%

You can also win virtual Amazon cards in the slots. However, Lucky Plinko doesn’t show us the probability of matching 3 Amazon cards.

The slots machine is the main way to get more green coins, and in a fair game, the result should be random.

Unfortunately, the slots are rigged, and so the more you play Lucky Plinko, the fewer green coins you will get.

This user is very upset with the fact that she didn’t get any coins during the past month!

no more cash

There are probably thousands of people in the same situation.

Cash Balloons

You can also collect cash balloons, which will appear floating on your screen from time to time.

By tapping on the balloon, Lucky Plinko will give you a 50% chance to drop a green coin. This opportunity will last for 120 seconds.

These balloons appear frequently in the beginning, but they stop coming when you approach $200. No surprise here, right?

It’s so frustrating because you will get tired of watching so many ads for nothing!

Helpful Tools

You can use these two tools that will help you collect rewards faster.

  • Light: Light 1 of the 9 up a bulb.
  • Obstacle free: Clear all obstacles for 60 seconds.

How Do You Get Paid?

If you open the shop, you will find 5 different prize categories:

  1. Lucky Prize: You need $100 (green coins) to cash out.
  2. Loyalty Prize: You need 1,000,000 tokens (yellow coins) to redeem a gift.
  3. Master Prize: Collect 50 Amazon cards to redeem a $10 Amazon gift card.
  4. Crazy Collector: Find all 38 decorations to win the jackpot of $10000.
  5. Win Big: Earn $777 if you match 3 $777 symbols in the slots machine. They claim the probability of winning is just 0.0024%.

According to the company, your rewards will be sent to you within 7 business days.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Nice graphics
  • Realistic mechanics.
  • You only have to watch ads on specific occasions, such as when you need more coins or want to use tools.

Cons

  • It’s addictive, but it gets boring after a while.
  • Only UK and US residents are eligible to earn rewards.
  • There is no evidence that it pays.

Conclusion

If making money is your top priority, don’t waste your time with Lucky Plinko or any other “money” games.

From what I can see, very few people reach $100, and those who do, don’t seem to get paid.

In my opinion, these mobile applications should warn people loud and clear about the odds of winning real money. They want to make people believe in easy money, but they are not willing to share their ad revenue.

Unfortunately, many people end up wasting a lot of time as they don’t read reviews before jumping with both feet.

Verdict: Not Recommended

Is There an Alternative to Lucky Plinko?

All “Plinko” games you can find on Google Play are unlikely to pay you. So, don’t waste your time trying to find one that works!

One of the few companies that pay everyone is Blingo, which has excellent Android games such as Bitcoin Blast and Bitcoin Food Fight.

The main problem is that most users earn just fractions of a cent as the earning potential is very low. Just to give you an idea, some users are making just $3 – $5 per year.

In my opinion, the best way to earn money with mobile games is by complete offers in GPT sites.

For example, with Prizerebel, you can find some offers that pay over 5,000 points ($5). Simply install the sponsored game on your phone and meet the requirements.
