LiveTribe claims to offer the best paid surveys on the internet.
You probably know there are many scams on the internet, so you want to make sure you are signing up with an honest company.

What is LiveTribe?
LiveTribe is a survey panel owned by an Australian marketing research company called i-Link Research Solutions.
The opportunity is only available for Aussies and Kiwis.
If you don’t live in Australia or New Zealand, there are many other options to make money from surveys.
I highly recommend Prizerebel, which works worldwide and is the best platform to complete surveys for different companies.
As a LiveTribe member, you have the chance to take part in surveys and get paid for your opinions about different brands and products.
Whenever you complete a survey, you will collect points that you can redeem for cash via PayPal and eGift cards.
Currently, 740 points are equivalent to $1.
In addition, there are many other ways to earn money such as
- Monthly Competition: Answer the competition question for a chance to with a $100 prize.
- $5000 Giveway: The $5000 draw that takes place every 3 months. You can get an entry into the draw whenever you participate in a marketing research study.
- Polls: Suggest topics for polls and if they are published, you will earn 1000 points.

- There are many payment options, including PayPal, EFTPOS money cards, and a variety of eGift cards from Amazon, iTunes, Flight Centre, and more!
- Earn points even if you get disqualified.
Cons
- There is no signup bonus.
- LiveTribe still doesn’t have an app.
- It can be hard to qualify for surveys.
- Low pay rate.
- The company is very slow in processing payments. It can take 2 months or more!
How Does LiveTribe Work?
Registration
Joining LiveTribe community is free and very straightforward!
They will ask you some personal information such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, postcode and phone number.
Next, you should complete your profile, which consists of more detailed information about your education, career, income, etc.
After completing your profile, you will collect 750 points, and you can finally start receiving survey invitations.
Taking Surveys
In the member’s area, you can see a list of all the marketing studies that you can participate.
You will also receive survey invitations whenever a new study matches your profile.
Before getting access to a survey, you will have to qualify by answering a few more questions.
Unfortunately, you will not qualify for every opportunity because companies are looking for specific demographics.
For example, a Tabaco company are likely to conduct marketing research studies that only target smokers. A pet food company may only want to hear de opinions of dog owners. You get the idea!
The good news is that LiveTribe will give you 160 points even if you get screened out.
How Much Money Can You Earn?
The number of points that you will earn depends on the length of each survey. Check out the reward versus survey length in the table below.
Most LiveTribe surveys take 6 – 25 minutes, so you should expect to earn anywhere from 700 to 1500 points ($0.90 – $2) per survey.
Keep in mind that you won’t receive many survey invitations, and besides, you won’t qualify for all surveys.
Therefore, I would be surprised if you managed to make over $50 per month with LiveTribe.

How Will You Get Paid?
Once you have collected 7400 points ($10), you can request a payment via eGift cards from participating stores such as Woolworth, iTunes, and Flight Centre.
As for PayPal, the minimum payout threshold is $25, which is quite high, in my opinion.
What I don’t like about LiveTrive is that payments take 15 – 30 working days to be processed.
Besides, if you live in New Zealand, they will charge an administrative fee of $5.99, which is abusive!
For example, if you cash out $50, LiveTribe will only make a $44.01 deposit into your account.
Many survey panels and GPTs don’t charge any PayPal fees and process payments in 1 or 2 business days!
User Reviews
I was reading a few users reviews on the internet and discovered that many people are disappointed with LiveTribe.
Many people complain that it’s very slow to earn points, and it takes a long time to receive the payment.
Some people had to wait for 8 – 9 weeks to get paid, which is way below the standard!
Conclusion
LiveTribe is a legit site where Aussies and Kiwis can complete online surveys in exchange for cash rewards.
As with most survey panels, the pay rate is very low. Even if you complete 2 or 3 surveys per day, you probably won’t make more than $80 with LiveTribe
Not only that, but you may receive your payment only after 2 months after request.
I think this is unacceptable!
In contrast, Prizerebel pays me after 1 or 2 hours after I choose to withdraw my referral earnings via PayPal. I never had any payment issues since I started promoting this reward site 2 years ago.
How To Earn A Full-Time Income Online
Spending 2 – 4 hours per day with surveys won’t get you very far. It can help a little bit, but it certainly won’t change your life!
For me, completing surveys is not worth it because I can spend the same amount of time and make 10x more!
Personally, I take advantage of a business model called affiliate marketing, which generates me over $1,300 per month.
In short, I write helpful articles and reviews for my own website and earn commissions by promoting products and services that I trust.
It’s not that difficult if you have the right information to get traffic (visitors) to your site.
Yes! It will require time and commitment to grow a profitable website, but …
Imagine how an extra $1,000 or even $5,000 would change your life!
It’s not only about the money, but the freedom that it provides!

waste of time
They do not value their customers. They make good amount from the survey you complete. I took more than 6 months and attended almost 25 surveys for just a $10 gift voucher and I waited 3 months to send it. Not worth for effort and I just deleted my account. Many other survey sites offer fair prize sfor your effort.
DONT BOTHER WORST SURVEY SITE HARDLY ANY SURVEYS AND CANCEL YOU WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT THEY TAKE 2 MONTHS TO PAY YOU. PLENTY OF OTHER BETTER SITES OUT THERE
I have been a member with them for more than a year. Till now I have only worst experience from them. Initially I got many surveys from them that also they overwhelm your inbox by sending same survey repeatedly. Most of the surveys are 700 points or much less and usually you screened out in between for a preset disqualification conditions and insult you by just giving a 160 bonus points for your valuable time and effort. Not sure then why they simply selecting disqualified people for their surveys as we provided them all kind of personal data for participants selection for a particular survey? You must have more than 16000 points for a minimum reduction and it’s hard to accumulate that much points and in between force you to leave this survey site as they stop sending you surveys; they move on to new members registered with them and make sure none will earn minimum points for their first redemption. By doing so they make enough money from your surveys without paying you a single penny and after some time just remove your account. If luckily you get minimum points for your redemption and you redeemed then you have to wait minimum 2 months for your reward that also not sure to get it. They never respond to your mails and answer your queries. I am near to my first minimum redemption and once I redeemed I will quit this survey site. Also you have to face frequent website issues while accessing your account and very difficult to manage things after their recent website updates. They still use their old outdated interface for surveys and it keeps you away from attending their surveys. Better go for other survey sites who value your time and effort.

Many other survey sites and apps behave similarly, collecting personal information from panelists and making it very hard for them to cash out. If you want to get paid for surveys, I highly recommend a GPT platform called Prizerebel.
There are many legitimate Australian-based survey sites in the top 10 that offer a minimum payout in PayPal cash of $1–$5 and a minimum joining bonus of $1. and payment is instantaneous; there is no need to wait more than 30 minutes for credit confirmation. At the same time, LiveTribe’s minimum cash payout is $50 PayPal cash, and for that, you have to wait 2 months! In order to redeem $50 in PayPal cash, you have to complete a minimum of 50 surveys and spend 30-35 hours, as from most of the surveys you will be screened out and qualify for just 120 points. Most of the members will not prefer a minimum payout of $20 giftpay vouchers, and once they started attending surveys, they continued attending surveys to make 42,000 points for $50 PayPal cash. You can see that numerous members of Livtribe complained that they didn’t get their payment and quit the survey site. Then how do they claim their survey site is legitimate? For the last 3 months, I have been waiting for my $50 PayPal cash credit, and now I have confirmed that they are not going to pay, so I left.
