Recently, I discovered LiveTrive while searching for opportunities to make money online.

LiveTribe claims to offer the best paid surveys on the internet.

You probably know there are many scams on the internet, so you want to make sure you are signing up with an honest company.

Can you really make an extra income with LiveTribe? If so, is it worth your time?

In this review, I am going to answer all these questions and give you my sincere opinion not only about LiveTrive but surveys in general.

What is LiveTribe?

LiveTribe is a survey panel owned by an Australian marketing research company called i-Link Research Solutions.

The opportunity is only available for Aussies and Kiwis.

If you don’t live in Australia or New Zealand, there are many other options to make money from surveys.

I highly recommend Prizerebel, which works worldwide and is the best platform to complete surveys for different companies.

As a LiveTribe member, you have the chance to take part in surveys and get paid for your opinions about different brands and products.

Whenever you complete a survey, you will collect points that you can redeem for cash via PayPal and eGift cards.

Currently, 740 points are equivalent to $1.

In addition, there are many other ways to earn money such as

Monthly Competition: Answer the competition question for a chance to with a $100 prize.
$5000 Giveway: The $5000 draw that takes place every 3 months. You can get an entry into the draw whenever you participate in a marketing research study.
Polls: Suggest topics for polls and if they are published, you will earn 1000 points.

There is no signup bonus.
LiveTribe still doesn’t have an app.
It can be hard to qualify for surveys.
Low pay rate.
The company is very slow in processing payments. It can take 2 months or more!

How Does LiveTribe Work?

Registration

Joining LiveTribe community is free and very straightforward!

They will ask you some personal information such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, postcode and phone number.

Next, you should complete your profile, which consists of more detailed information about your education, career, income, etc.

After completing your profile, you will collect 750 points, and you can finally start receiving survey invitations.

Taking Surveys

In the member’s area, you can see a list of all the marketing studies that you can participate.

You will also receive survey invitations whenever a new study matches your profile.

Before getting access to a survey, you will have to qualify by answering a few more questions.

Unfortunately, you will not qualify for every opportunity because companies are looking for specific demographics.

For example, a Tabaco company are likely to conduct marketing research studies that only target smokers. A pet food company may only want to hear de opinions of dog owners. You get the idea!

The good news is that LiveTribe will give you 160 points even if you get screened out.

How Much Money Can You Earn?

The number of points that you will earn depends on the length of each survey. Check out the reward versus survey length in the table below.

Most LiveTribe surveys take 6 – 25 minutes, so you should expect to earn anywhere from 700 to 1500 points ($0.90 – $2) per survey.

Keep in mind that you won’t receive many survey invitations, and besides, you won’t qualify for all surveys.

Therefore, I would be surprised if you managed to make over $50 per month with LiveTribe.

How Will You Get Paid?

Once you have collected 7400 points ($10), you can request a payment via eGift cards from participating stores such as Woolworth, iTunes, and Flight Centre.

As for PayPal, the minimum payout threshold is $25, which is quite high, in my opinion.

What I don’t like about LiveTrive is that payments take 15 – 30 working days to be processed.

Besides, if you live in New Zealand, they will charge an administrative fee of $5.99, which is abusive!

For example, if you cash out $50, LiveTribe will only make a $44.01 deposit into your account.

Many survey panels and GPTs don’t charge any PayPal fees and process payments in 1 or 2 business days!

User Reviews

I was reading a few users reviews on the internet and discovered that many people are disappointed with LiveTribe.

Many people complain that it’s very slow to earn points, and it takes a long time to receive the payment.

Some people had to wait for 8 – 9 weeks to get paid, which is way below the standard!

Conclusion

LiveTribe is a legit site where Aussies and Kiwis can complete online surveys in exchange for cash rewards.

As with most survey panels, the pay rate is very low. Even if you complete 2 or 3 surveys per day, you probably won’t make more than $80 with LiveTribe

Not only that, but you may receive your payment only after 2 months after request.

I think this is unacceptable!

In contrast, Prizerebel pays me after 1 or 2 hours after I choose to withdraw my referral earnings via PayPal. I never had any payment issues since I started promoting this reward site 2 years ago.

How To Earn A Full-Time Income Online

Spending 2 – 4 hours per day with surveys won’t get you very far. It can help a little bit, but it certainly won’t change your life!

For me, completing surveys is not worth it because I can spend the same amount of time and make 10x more!

Personally, I take advantage of a business model called affiliate marketing, which generates me over $1,300 per month.

In short, I write helpful articles and reviews for my own website and earn commissions by promoting products and services that I trust.

It’s not that difficult if you have the right information to get traffic (visitors) to your site.

Yes! It will require time and commitment to grow a profitable website, but …

Imagine how an extra $1,000 or even $5,000 would change your life!

It’s not only about the money, but the freedom that it provides!

After all, you will be able to work from your laptop whenever and wherever you want!
