Is Aurora By Jono and Brendan a Scam? Very Ineffective IMO

Brendan Mace and Jono Amstrong have just launched Aurora, a supposedly life-changing software that automates $1,000 commissions.

I have lost count of how many “push button” money making software I have reviewed on my blog. If only one of them worked as advertised, I would be richer than Warren Buffet right now!

So, is Aurora a scam or a real solution to finally start making lots of money online?

In this review, I am going to review the software, the strategy proposed and give you my honest opinion.

The Sales Page

Aurora has been advertised as the World’s first software that combines free traffic with high-ticket commissions.

It supposedly automates processes that would otherwise take you years to perform, generating traffic on demand.

According to the sales page, you just have to use it for 5- 10 minutes per day to generate $1,000 commissions.

They say Aurora has nothing to do with blogging, Youtubing, Facebook groups, or solo ads.

So, what is it all about?

Unfortunately, just like most money-making programs on Warriorplus, they are not transparent regarding the method.

As a result, people can’t reason or research about either the short or long term effectiveness of the strategy before buying Aurora.

What is Aurora All About?

Aurora is a combination of software and digital marketing course designed to help you automate the process of getting free traffic and earn high-ticket commissions.

The product was created by Brendan Mace and Jono Armstrong, two top product sellers and highly experienced marketers.

Some of their most recent launches include Stealthd, The Lost Code, Boomerang Buddy, and Octane.

How Does Aurora Work?

Frontend ($16.97 – $27.97)

In short, the frontend of Aurora is a software that has 2 main components to it:

Traffic Automation – automatically follows people on Pinterest
Webinar Builder – it allows you to upload webinars that entice people to purchase high ticket info products.

Many successful marketers use Pinterest, a popular social media platform, to promote their businesses.

With Aurora, you can search for groups in your niche, and it will start following everyone on selected groups.

The idea is that people start following you back, visit your profile and click on the link to watch the webinar.

With the webinar builder, you can upload any webinar video to it and customise the promotion page.

You don’t need to create your own webinar. Inside the member’s area, there is a link to download a done-for-you webinar that promotes a high-ticket offer.

They will also show you products that you can promote inside the digital marketplace called Clickbank.

If people buy the product, you earn a generous commission!

Upgrade #1 – Pro Version ($67)

The first upgrade allows you to add unlimited Pinterest accounts as well as automate Instagram following. More people use Instagram than Pinterest, so the income potential is much higher.

Upgrade #2 – Done For You ($197)

With the second upgrade, you will get an extra 5 webinars and the affiliate links to promote the related affiliate offers.

Upgrade #3 – Limitless Traffic ($197)

With upgrade #3, you will be able to use retargeting pixel on their sales pages to get even more traffic to your affiliate offers.

Upgrade #4 ($97)

Get the licence rights to promote Aurora as your own product and keep 100% of the sales price.

Aurora comes with step by step video tutorials that will help you set up the business from start to finish.

Can You Earn Money With Aurora?

Yes, you can. However, I think this method is very ineffective.

I know that most, if not all successful affiliates succeeded because of two main free traffic sources: Google and Youtube.

In my opinion, it’s highly unlikely that someone will earn a consistent income simply by using the Aurora software, without providing valuable content.

You can follow 1 Million users on Pinterest and Instagram, but only a small percentage will follow you back.

Try it yourself by following 100 random people on Instagram and see how many of them follow you back. Very few!

From this small percentage, only a tiny fraction will visit your profile, click on your link and watch the webinar.

What’s worse, only a tiny percentage of that will purchase the expensive mentorship program. You may take ages to make a sale and earn a commission.

Conclusion – Is Aurora a Scam?

Aurora is not a scam because they are not stealing your money or lying to you. In fact, if you are not happy with the product, you have a 30-day money back guarantee.

The product can help you grow a list of social media followers on autopilot, which means more free traffic to your high-ticket offers.

However, the method is very ineffective and difficult to scale as very few people will follow you back unless you create highly attractive posts.

Verdict: Legit

How I Make Money Online

Me, personally, I prefer to create affiliate sites and rank review on Google.

I believe providing quality content is the best way to generate traffic and affiliate commissions.

I purchased the Aurora Program Program June 10/2019.
After trying to work with the basic program, I realized it would not work as advertised. I went for the up sell and purchased the Pro version of Mt. Mace’s program.
I live in Canada so after the monetary conversion my bill sat at $112.28.
I watched Mr Armstrong’s tutorials with pen and paper in hand several times over. He did present an excellent tutorial.
Armed with this knowledge, I spent the next week trying to make this program working. Yes I got into Instagram, Pinterest and added the other items via Google to make this program work.
To my dismay it became obvious to me I may have to purchase another up sell.
I am on a fixed income because I am physically disabled. My budget was maxed out, I had no more money left.
Looking at the prices you have listed the total cost to make this program work would be $585.97 and then, I have to look at the conversion to Canadian dollars.
It is at this point that I decided to exercise my right to the 30 day money back guarantee.
Perhaps the program is not a, “Scam” but the money back guarantee does border on being a false sense of security, at this point I am within my legal rights to call it a lie!
For the past week I have been sending numerous letter to Mr. Mace and Warrior Plus, all of them have been ignored.
I have documented all communication with the parties involved as I will be documenting this comment to you.
Further to this I posted my experience with the “Aurora Pro Program on my own site. In no way did I call it a scam to my followers, I just wanted an opinion or similar experiences of anyone who may have fallen victim to this program or other programs by Mr.Mace

This is just one of several comments I received from a gentleman on my site:
“I’ve had lots of complaints about Brendan mace and Jono Armstrong on my site,, yes about the never-ending spiral of upsells but also about how rude they are to people. Someone asked for a refund and Brendan said that since some of the money goes to charity work in Indonesia (I dont know how true this is) that by asking for a refund they are ‘taking food out of poor children’s mouths’.
Very rude and obnoxious.

going through Pay Pal and my Bank also.

  Thanks for sharing your experience with Aurora. I can totally understand your frustration with the program as I also bought courses that didn’t live up to the hype. Indeed, those upsells are very expensive!
  As I mentioned in my post, there is no automated system that can magically get you enough free traffic and sales with little effort. Brendan and Jono’s products are not scams, but their sales pages make people feel like there is some sort of advantage or shortcut to success.
  If you bought Aurora through PayPal and you having trouble getting your money back through their email, I recommend opening a dispute with PayPal. Explain the situation to PayPal and they will demand your money back.
  I hope you get your money back soon because it’s your right as a customer.
