I have worked my way up to the cash out of $2000. I have met all the requirements, however, Merge Emoji is not paying me for all of the times I won.
So I recommend that you don’t waste your time. They don’t answer their emails neither.
I too have played many hours of merge emoji. I too have not been paid. However i disagree with the person that wrote the summary herein above. Merge emoji setforth a set of terms of service which we had to accept. The developers also advertised certain promises including that they would pay us. As players of this game therefore the developers have a contract with us that i see is equal to any e-signed contract. I believe a court of law will agree. If i esign contracts with a company that hires me and those contracts are upheld in court then whe i or when we downloaded the game and pressed play we accepted there terms of service our phones or devices are registered with the game. I proved this by uninstalling the game on my phone then downloaded it again and i was at the exact same point as before i uninstalled the app. Therefore it is my agruement that they recognize us players as users and their advertised promises should hold them liable in a court of law. The questions we players must ask now are.. 1 are we willing to band together and sue them 2 are we willing to continue to earn “money” by playing this game so we have a bigger lawsuit to file..3 we need to find counsel to represent in a class action suit. If any of you want to join me in this quest answer this and ill set up a facebook group so we can all chat about it.
