WatchWorld Review
- Name: WatchWorld
- Developer: Mathieu Bergougnoux
- Availability: Worldwide
- Price: free
- Overall Rating: 0
What is WatchWorld?
WatchWorld is an Android application developed using the Unity engine.
It’s been installed over 100,000 times from the Google Play Store, a testimony to its growing popularity.
The developers advertise an irresistible opportunity: earn hundreds of dollars just by watching videos.
However, there’s a peculiar discrepancy that raises a significant red flag.
Despite the enticing claims made in the advertisements, the app’s description on the Google Play Store doesn’t mention anything about earning rewards.
This omission is a big red flag!
WatchWorld operates on a coin-based system. As users engage with content, they accumulate these virtual coins, which can allegedly be converted into real cash.
And it doesn’t stop there. The app also tempts users with free mystery boxes that allow users to take part in lucky draws to win cool gadgets.
How Does WatchWorld Work?
WatchWorld is accessible from anywhere globally and comes without a price tag. Yep, it’s 100% free!
When you launch this app, you’re in for a surprise – a mystery box on your screen.
And let me tell you, it’s Pandora’s box full of tech goodies. We’re talking Apple AirPods, Xbox consoles, slick laptops, and more!
So, how do you get your hands on these shiny things?
Hit that ‘open’ button and collect puzzle pieces, each tied to a specific prize. Gather enough pieces and bam! You can claim your prize.
According to the app, once you successfully redeem a prize and provide your receiving address, they claim to deliver it within 7 working days.
However, the developer doesn’t provide any information regarding the odds of winning.
The first two buttons are “free,” but the subsequent ones will consume 500 coins.
But how do we collect these coins?
You’ll need to navigate to the “personal” tab, where you can complete milestones to earn coins.
Your coin balance is displayed at the top of the page, continuously accumulating 10 coins per second.
Additionally, you can boost your coin earnings by checking in daily, watching videos for a minimum of 5 minutes, and opening the surprise box.
The “go” button will take you to the video section, which displays the YouTube Platform through the Google API.
Returning to the “personal” page will trigger an advertisement, which is the revenue source for the app’s developer.
But here’s the lingering question: What about the cash rewards?
I didn’t find any option for converting the accumulated coins into cash!
Is WatchWorld Legit? Does it Pay?
No, it doesn’t! Despite promoting the opportunity to earn real money, WatchWorld fails to deliver genuine rewards.
In simpler words, the cash rewards are just a mirage! A tantalizing illusion to keep you hooked.
While the app offers mystery boxes to collect puzzle pieces, it won’t convert those coins into actual cash.
Instead, the focus remains solely on accumulating puzzle pieces and claiming prizes.
This sweepstake-like setup raises significant concerns without transparency.
As we have seen, it doesn’t provide the odds of winning, which should serve as a massive red flag.
Even if you collect the required number of puzzle pieces, there is no guarantee of winning any prize.
The sad truth is that your chances of earning a prize from this app are zero.
The shiny rewards? Just a trick to reel in users and bombard them with adverts, lining the developer’s pockets.
Now, this is interesting – despite being downloaded over 100,000 times, the app is still labeled as ‘early access’.
This classification conveniently shields the app from receiving reviews on the Play Store.
Therefore, you won’t find warnings of disappointment from fellow users who have not earned anything.
Conclusion
Don’t be fooled by WatchWorld’s promising opportunity to earn easy money!
You’ll collect puzzle pieces and watch videos while the developer fills their pockets with real advertising income.
If you want to make real money online, I suggest pursuing a different path.
How about building your website, ranking high on Google, and monetizing the traffic from people searching for information?
That’s right, real money from your couch, local café, or a beach in Bali. The sky’s the limit!
That’s how I’ve been thriving since 2015!
