What for? Just because you are connecting chips and watching a few sponsored videos?

OMG! Here we go again!

I already reviewed hundreds of money apps that mislead users into wasting time and even money.

And I can tell you this one is very similar to many of them! The major difference is that it targets people that would like to earn a lot of BTC overnight.

You just have to link adjacent chips of the same number to unlock a higher number disc.

Whenever you connect the chips, the app will congratulate you and offer anywhere between 0.01 – 0.08 BTC.

After the event time is over, they claim to send the Crypto directly to your Coinbase account.

I already tested a few casual games that do transfer the reward, such as Bitcoin Blocks and Bitcoin Pop.

But these games will pay tiny fractions of Bitcoin worth less than one tenth of a cent.

How to Play?

Chip Ocean 2248 is very straightforward. Just swipe your finger and connect all the adjacent chips of the same number.

Link them in any direction and try to connect as many discs as possible.

The connection will merge all the chips into a single chip that has a higher number.

As a result, Chip Ocean 2248 will trigger the bitcoin reward, and you may have to watch a video to collect the reward.

It’s tedious to play this game, since you are enticed to watch a video with every move you make.

Sometimes, it can be hard or even impossible to merge the numbers. In that case, you can use the following props:

X2: Place any number of chips x2
Hammer: Destroy any chip
Rearrange the chips from small to large.

Some colorful chips come with Bitcoin symbol (₿). Whenever you merge them, you have the chance to collect more BTC by spinning the Slot Machine.

As I mentioned, Chip Ocean 2248 will supposedly transfer the Bitcoin to your Coinbase account after the event time is over. The countdown starts at 24 hours.

However, if you open your wallet, you will find that you need at least 0.1 BTC to request the payment.

It doesn’t take too long to reach 0.1 BTC, which is currently worth 4,230 US dollars. I personally had to endue 15 videos or so to redeem.

Is Chip Ocean 2248 Legit? Does it Pay?

As with most apps that I review in this blog, Chip Ocean 2248 doesn’t pay a dime.

It’s easy to understand why they won’t transfer the BTC to your account.

No gaming company could afford to pay thousands of dollars worth of BTC just for watching videos. This goes totally against the laws of economics!

Once you reach 0.1 BTC and press the redeem button, you will see this window:

It says: Congratulations on completing the order. The order review time is 7d 11h 59m 59s.

Your reward will be issued immediately after the review is completed.

However, you can choose between 2 accelerated review methods to speed up the order review time.

Condition 1: Watching video anywhere in the game can reduce the waiting time by 30 minutes.
Condition 2: Pay $0.99 handling fee and pass the review immediately.

I can’t believe these guys are charging a fee with the promise of making faster payments!

Since you won’t receive any BTC, you are basically wasting money on a useless application that is just taking you for a fool.

I checked the reviews on Google Play and, as expected, almost everyone complains about their failure in getting the reward.

Many players said that after the review time ended, they were told to watch another 25 videos and then, pay $6.99 to withdraw the funds.

Conclusion

Chip Ocean 2248 is another game with fake rewards, so you won’t get paid!

This one is trying to hook players who dream about earning at least 0.1 BTC for free. That’s a very unrealistic prize!

The developer is not only making profits while you are watching videos, but he also wants your hard-earned money.

Uninstall this application asap because it’s just a waste of time and data!

Verdict: AVOID

If you want to earn Bitcoin for playing games, I’d recommend installing Bling games such as Bitcoin Blocks, and Bitcoin Food Fight.
