The Laptop Entrepreneurs is a group of 4 affiliate marketers and digital business consultants of an online training called Six Figure Mentors (SFM).
From what I can see, they learned marketing with SFM and are using the knowledge and skills to promote the training itself.
When you visit their website, you will find information about SFM and the opportunity to join the free 7-Day Video Bootcamp.
If you decide to become a member, The Laptop Entrepreneurs will earn commissions from SFM for as long as you pay the membership fee.
The team also owns a blog called Lifestyle By My Own Design, which promotes SFM and provides 1-on-1 coaching for those who can afford $1,000/hour!
Is The Laptop Entrepreneurs a Scam?
No, it isn’t! The team is promoting Six Figure Mentors, a legit platform to learn internet marketing and build an online business.
The question is: Can it help you build a successful online business to live the internet lifestyle?
Can Six Figure Mentors Help You Succeed?
You can find all the information you need to build an online business for free on the web. No doubt about it.
The thing is, people who are offering free information are also looking for a strategy to earn money so that they won’t develop an in-depth, step-by-step course for free.
They will either sell their own training or promote other people’s training for commissions.
Therefore, what’s left on the internet are separate pieces of the puzzle that takes time and energy to solve. Not only that, but the information is often inaccurate and deceitful.
So, I advocate investing in serious training and learning from the best!
You can achieve success by following The Laptop Entrepreneurs’ recommendation, but you shouldn’t expect SFM to do the hard work for you. YOU are the only one who can make it happen.

This course has a lot of information, but the video lessons are not actionable. So, after you finish Module 1, you will probably feel stuck. If I were a newbie, I would not know what to do next!
Well, to be honest, there is only one action to take after Module 1: upgrade to the Essential Membership. This one costs $297 for the enrollment fee plus $97 per month.
With the Essential Membership, you will get the following:
- Step-by-step training videos
- Websites/Hosting
- Live coaching calls
- Forum access
- Higher commissions when you promote SFM
- And much more.
There are more expensive upgrades and add-ons that can easily amount to over $4,000 per year!
You will probably feel scared to pay so much and not see results within the first months. But the reality is that it can take more than 2 or 3 years of hard work before you start seeing decent profits, so once you decide to start this business, you should stick with it and work hard. Otherwise, you will certainly lose money.
The course is well structured, and you can learn much from it. The problem with SFM is not only the price but also the fact that it focuses too much on building a business to promote SFM itself.
Ideally, your internet business should be built around your passions and interests. However, as with any other MLM company, the focus is on recruiting, so you will be encouraged to pay for high-ticket memberships for the opportunity to earn higher commissions from your referrals.
Final Thoughts
The Laptop Entrepreneurs is just an affiliate website that promotes Six Figure Mentors. It’s not a scam, but you can find better training that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
The training is not bad, but the program is designed for you to promote Six Figure Mentors and become dependent on their expensive memberships to run your own business. Unfortunately, Six Figure Mentors is not a training platform I would recommend.
