If you read the app description, it says right at the bottom that Scratch Cards & Clicker is intended only for entertainment purposes.
In their own words:

So, the answer is no, it doesn’t pay!
Nevertheless, I cannot call it a scam because it’s just a scratcher simulation that you play for fun!
It seems that the app developer is benefiting from lack of transparency regarding the virtual prizes.
After reading some reviews on Google Playstore, I noticed it frustrates many players, since they expected to win actual money.
Some people even bought Rubies with actual money to collect more tickets, only to find out this is just a simulation.
Scratch Cards & Clicker Alternative
It’s so hard to find a scratch card app that actually pays!
After reviewing dozens of games, I came across this scratcher, which seems to be the only one processing payments.
Lots of player report receiving $10 via PayPal two or three times, which is nice!
The downside is that it will probably glitch if you continue playing for a longer period.

Conclusion
You should not expect to win real money with Scratch Cards & Clicker. It’s nothing more than a simulation!
With so many negative feedback, the company should make a better effort in warning users that prizes are not real.
Some people like to play it just for fun, but personally, I think it’s a complete waste of time.
Well, at least they are upfront with users in the app description. Many game developers make you think you can cash out once you accumulate $100 – $200, but clearly no one receives any money!
