Lots of people don’t do proper research before joining an MLM company like Dubli and end up with a big hole in their bank accounts. The reason is that these multi-level opportunities require that associates make regular purchases to remain in the program.

What is the Dubli Network?
Dubli is the trademark of Ominto, Inc, a network marketing company that offers cashback on travel packages, online shopping, and entertainment products.
The organization was founded in 2003 by Michael Hansen, a former LEGO employee responsible for launching the popular Space LEGO line in the 70s.
Dubli’s CashBack Program
In short, customers who create a free account on dubli.com will receive up to 30% cashback when buying from any of the retail partners. As a result, people can save a lot of money on purchases they would make anyway.
Dubli has partnered with over 12,000 merchants in different categories like travel, clothing, electronics, outdoors, and a lot more!
Many cashback programs are available on the internet such as TopCashback and Receipt Hog.
The main difference between Dubli and most other programs is that it also offers a VIP membership program and the opportunity to join the MLM business opportunity.
There are three types of memberships for the cashback program:
Free Membership

As a Dubli Network business associate, you will earn commissions on purchases made by customers and memberships. So, as with any MLM, you get paid to recruit other business associates and grow your downline.
You must purchase one of the four enrollment packages available to become eligible.
- Business package ($99)
- Team Member (TM) package + Business package ($495 + $99)
- Special TM package + Business package ($297)
- Partner Program Accelerator Package ( $2,475)
Keep in mind that all business associates must pay an annual renewal fee of $39.

The Dubli Network Compensation Plan
The business package allows you to earn 20 – 30% cashback commissions on all the purchases made by your customers and your customer’s referrals. However, you can neither enroll new Business Associates nor earn organizational commissions.
If you want to earn commissions when you enroll new BAs, you must upgrade your package to Team Member or higher. You will earn a 20% commission on the $99 VIP Lounge memberships and renewals. Besides, you will get 5% – 27.5% organizational commissions depending on your Dubli rank.

Is The Dubli Network Pyramid Scheme?
Many illegal pyramid schemes disguised as MLM will make you waste your time and money.
Pyramid schemes sell overpriced products with the promise of offering something innovative and high qualify. The main business is on recruiting rather than retail sales.
Most people involved in a pyramid scheme struggle to sell the products and focus on recruiting. Unfortunately, they fail to recruit enough people to cover the costs and lose a lot of money.
The Dubli Network resembles a pyramid scheme because you are required to purchase their business packages in order to keep yourself in business. Although associates don’t need to recruit others to make money, they will be encouraged to do so to maximize their profits.
I suspect that only those who enroll many business associates are making a decent amount of money with the Dubli Network. However, only the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) can tell whether The Dubli Network is focused on recruiting people rather than getting customers to the cashback program.
Pros And Cons

Cons
- Expensive entrance fee to access the full compensation structure.
- It can take a very long time to recover your investment and start making profits.
- No in-depth training.
Conclusion
In my opinion, joining the Dubli Partner Program is risky, especially if you purchase the Team Member (TM) package and above. The reason is that you will need to recruit lots of people to recover your investment. It’s hopeless if you don’t know how to build an online presence.
When you buy these expensive business packages, you are not buying a tangible product. Yes, they will give you some marketing materials, but it doesn’t justify the high price tag. So, you are basically spending money for the right to become a business associate and promote the same opportunity to others.
It looks like a pyramid scheme to me, but only the FTC can give you a definitive answer.
How I Prefer to Make Money Online
If you dream about being your own boss and making a full-time income online, I suggest using a legitimate and proven business model called affiliate marketing.
