What is Appinio?

Appinio is an app that allows you to share your opinions on different topics and see how you compare with other members.

By participating in online surveys, you will receive Appinio coins that you can redeem for vouchers and rewards. You are also encouraged to create your own polls.

Appinio is available worldwide for both Android and iOS devices. However, depending on your country, you will not receive surveys, and you won’t be able to redeem coins for vouchers.

In Brazil, which is the country I am reviewing Appinio from, there are no vouchers available.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy way to earn money from your phone.
You can withdraw money via PayPal and Amazon gift cards.

Cons

There are not many surveys available.
Very low pay.
People in certain countries can’t redeem coins for vouchers.

How Does Appinio Work?

Installation and Registration

Installing Appinio is very quick and accessible via Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).

To register, all you have to do is sign in with your Google account and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You will get 50 coins or £0.05 when you sign up.

Collecting Coins

In the UK and Europe, 10 coins equal to £0.01 or €0.01.

When you log in, you can start answering quick and interesting polls (quickies). For example:

Do you use eyeliner?
Do you have chocolate often?
How much do you weigh?
Do you prefer winter or summer?

As you answer more polls, you will be invited to participate in surveys and unlock new levels.

When you level up, you will receive more coins and add new features to your account that increase your earning potential.

The first survey you will be invited to was designed to find out what topics you care about so they can send you surveys and polls that match your interests.

You will get 750 coins for this first profiling survey.

Appinio will notify you if there is a new survey available if you allow push notifications.

Invite Friends

Another fantastic way to boost your earnings on Appinio is by inviting your friends to join the platform. It’s a win-win situation!

As soon as your friend downloads and joins Appinio using your affiliate link, you’ll receive 50 points right away.

But it gets better! When your friend successfully reaches level 14 on Appinio, you’ll be rewarded with a whopping 2500 coins!

Just tap the “Send invite” button, and a pre-made text message with your affiliate link will be generated for you.

All you need to do is send it to your friend.

If they click the link and sign up for Appinio, congratulations!

They become your referral, and you’ll be well on your way to earning those extra coins.

How Much Can You Earn?

Not much! There are very few surveys to earn a decent number of coins.

According to some reviewers on Google Play, surveys are extremely rare, so it takes a long time to cash out.

One woman said she had been using the app for five months and made only $3.50. Another person made $5 in about two months.

Payments

As I am currently in Brazil, I don’t have access to vouchers or any other reward.

However, from my research, I discovered that if you are in the U.S., you need at least $10 to cash out via Amazon and Google Play gift cards. You can also redeem it for charity.

What Do People Think About Appinio?

Many users managed to cash out their earnings, which proves the app does pay.

However, earning money through the app is often described as a slow and sometimes frustrating process.

It can take a lot of time and effort to get enough money to cash out, especially because surveys, which pay more, don’t come around often.

Users also report technical problems like the app freezing or showing error messages, which can be annoying.

Plus, the app has a feature to check if you’re rushing through polls too fast, which slows down some users who are just quick readers.

Language settings and where you’re located might limit the surveys available to you, causing some confusion.

Customer service doesn’t always seem to help when users reach out with these problems.

Here are some specific examples based on the user reviews provided for the Appinio app:

Earning Speed: One user mentioned reaching level 8 but only accumulating $2.08, illustrating the slow pace of earnings. They also pointed out the need to take dozens or hundreds of polls just to level up, which can be a tedious process.
Technical Glitches: A user complained about a persistent “no signal” error message that kept popping up even when there was a good internet connection. This issue interrupted their use of the app and made it frustrating to continue.
Speeding Checks: Another common irritation was the “Are you speeding” pop-up during polls, meant to prevent users from rushing but inadvertently slowing down users who are naturally fast readers.
Customer Service Response: A user expressed frustration after contacting customer support due to registration issues and not receiving a timely or helpful response.
Cash Out Issues: Several users described difficulties with cashing out their earnings. One mentioned the need to input a phone number to cash out but did not receive the required verification code.

These examples highlight some of the specific challenges and experiences users have had with the Appinio

Conclusion – Is Appinio Legit?

Appinio has proven itself to be a legitimate platform, offering a unique way for users to earn some extra cash through surveys and polls.

Yes, it does pay, but like any path to pocket money, it has its twists and turns.

Getting enough surveys to earn rewards can be tough, especially in some areas. This can slow down how quickly you earn rewards.

Additionally, the redemption options for your hard-earned coins might be limited based on your location, making the journey to cash out a bit more complex for some.

It’s crucial to set realistic expectations when diving into apps like Appinio.

The allure of earning money for answering questions is undeniable, but it’s unlikely to replace a full-time income.

This is the nature of reward apps in general.

When deciding whether to use Appinio, it’s important to consider your own preferences and situation.

If you enjoy participating in polls and don’t mind waiting for rewards, Appinio can be a great addition to your daily routine.

However, be prepared for potential technical glitches and be patient while waiting for new surveys.

If you’re not satisfied with Appinio or want to diversify your money-making apps, consider Cash Alarm, BIGtoken, or Curious Cat, each with its own set of tasks and rewards.

How I Make Money Online

In short, I earn affiliate commissions for promoting other people’s products through my website.

For example, you can build a site about fitness (or any other topic) and include links that direct people to Amazon.com.

If people read your post, click on your link, and purchase any product on Amazon, you earn a nice commission!

You can also promote high-ticket coaching programs that earn you $100s and even $1,000s per sale, which is insane!

Affiliate marketing is powerful because if you do it right, you can earn a full-time income online.

Imagine what your life would be like if you could…

Work from home or anywhere in the world!

Have the freedom to decide when to work and when to go on holiday!

This excellent step-by-step program gave me all the knowledge, support, and tools that I needed to grow a lucrative affiliate site.

It’s free to get started, and there are no strings attached!

Everyone can start without any previous experience in internet marketing. However, this type of business takes a lot of time and effort to get traction, so you should not expect overnight results.
