Cashee Review: I Cashed Out for Just 1 Cent (Here’s What Actually Worked)

The only reason I pushed forward is my prior experience with this developer’s other apps. Without that history, I wouldn’t recommend testing an app with this little public information behind it.
An Excellent Minimum Cash Out Requirement
One genuine highlight here is how low the withdrawal threshold sits. Cashee lets you cash out via PayPal for just 1 cent.
Compare that to Amazon gift cards at £3.94, Apple at £2.25, or Google Play at £1.50, and PayPal is clearly the fastest route to an actual payout.
This matters more than it might seem. Reward apps with minimums of $20 or higher demand a serious time investment before you find out whether they actually pay.
With Cashee, if something goes wrong, you’ve only lost a few minutes rather than weeks of grinding toward a large, unreachable threshold.
How the Earning System Works
Tapping “earning money” connects you to the Playtime platform, run by a German company called AdJoe.
I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Playtime across other apps that partner with them, so seeing it here was a good sign.
After agreeing to the terms and allowing tracking permissions, a list of game offers appears.
Playtime shows you the total coins available per game along with the maximum reward per task, and some games unlock bonus in-game purchase rewards on top of the free options.
Cashee doesn’t offer a welcome bonus, though, so you’re starting from zero coins with no head start.
Testing Multiple Games, Mixed Results
I started with a simple game promising 135 coins for completing level one, though reaching even 1 cent still required around 1,000 coins, so smaller offers add up slowly. From there, Cashee also connects to a second platform called PrimeVenture, which offered more gaming options.
This is where things got frustrating. I played PrimeVenture’s game for an extended stretch and received zero coins credited.
Switching to another game through the same platform produced the same result, no credit at all, possibly because I’d already installed a similar game through a different reward app previously.
New user requirements can quietly disqualify you without much warning.
Switching back to Playtime and trying Arrow Puzzle 3D finally worked, though even then, the app displayed “in progress” for a while before coins actually landed in my account.
The reward disclosure did warn that credits can take up to 24 hours, so some patience is required regardless of which platform you choose.
Cashing Out: The Proof
Once Arrow Puzzle 3D credited my account, I had just enough to hit that 1 cent minimum.
Entering my PayPal email and submitting the withdrawal triggered an instant transfer, landing in my account within about a minute.
That’s about as fast as reward app payouts get, and it confirms Cashee genuinely pays, just like the developer’s other apps.
My Verdict on Cashee
Cashee works, but getting there took more trial and error than I expected. It took roughly 15 minutes of playing to earn that first cent, and that’s after wasting time on a game offer through PrimeVenture that never credited anything at all.
Sticking with Playtime-partnered games seemed to produce faster, more reliable results during my testing.
The rock-bottom 1 cent minimum makes this a low-risk app to try, since you’re not gambling much time before finding out whether a payout actually lands.
Just don’t expect fast or substantial earnings. Some game offers pay quickly, others stall out entirely, and you’ll need to experiment to to find which ones actually credit your account.
Remember, no reward app or platform guarantees earnings, and Cashee is no exception, even with a legitimate payment behind it.

Cashee is a fine low-stakes option, but if you want to earn more than a cent or two per session, my top three recommended platforms, Freecash, PrizeRebel, and Swagbucks, offer noticeably higher earning potential.
These platforms bring a much wider, more reliable range of game offers, surveys, and app trials, meaning less time wasted on offers that never credit and more consistent progress toward a real payout.
I’ve personally cashed out well beyond what smaller apps like Cashee provide, and with consistent use over time, some users reach $50, $100, or more.
It still takes patience, and I’ll always be upfront that no platform guarantees earnings, but the ceiling here is genuinely higher for anyone willing to put in the time.
